WhatsApp wasn't designed for busy people

"I missed the deadline because it was buried in 200 messages"

Extracts action items that need your response

"Wait, when was that dinner again?"

Surfaces events and dates mentioned across all chats

"I don't have time to read through 15 group chats"

Summarises topics so you get the gist in seconds

Two minutes to clarity

Mac desktop app. Windows coming soon.

Same process as WhatsApp Web. Takes 10 seconds.

3

See what matters

Your dashboard shows action items, events, topics and more.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Action Items

Questions directed at you, requests, deadlines, and things that need your response. Up to 3 priority items, ranked by urgency.

Events

Dates, appointments, and plans mentioned across your chats. Never miss another "let's meet Thursday at 3pm" buried in a group chat.

Topics

Key discussions happening across your chats. Get the gist without reading every message.

FYIs

Important information shared with you - links, recommendations, updates - organised and easy to find.

Your messages stay yours

Read-only access

The app can only read messages. It cannot send messages, delete chats, or modify anything in your WhatsApp account. Your messages won't be marked as read in WhatsApp.

Local-first

Your messages are stored on your computer, encrypted with AES-256. The encryption key is protected by your Mac's Keychain - even we can't access it.

AI analysis

Message content is sent to Claude (by Anthropic) for analysis. Only the text needed for summarisation is sent, and it's not stored by the AI provider. Later, we'll bundle a local AI model for extra privacy.

No account required

No signup required. No data sold to anyone, ever.

What early users say

"Great value from it in the 'action needed' section - one message I completely missed this morning and would have embarrassingly ignored (invite to coffee) and an RSVP."

Emanuel Andjelic, founder of MrBambooCup.com

"Useful in surfacing some events / dates and payments I missed"

Michael Litman, B2B Strategist at Cultural Capital Labs

"I'd pay £50/month"

Nic Yeeles, VP Product & Design at Resi - never tried the app though.

Questions? Answers.

Is this safe? Can you read my messages?

The app runs entirely on your Mac. Your messages are encrypted and stored locally. We (the developers) never see your messages. The only external service used is Claude AI for analysis via OpenRouter, which processes your messages to generate summaries but doesn't store them or train on them. Later, we'll add a local AI model to process everything on your laptop for extra privacy.

Does this work on Windows?

Mac only for now. Windows version is planned - let us know when you sign up!

Can I send messages from the app?

No. It's deliberately read-only. You'll see what needs your attention, then reply in WhatsApp itself.

How is this different from WhatsApp Web?

WhatsApp Web shows you all your messages. We show you what matters - action items, events, and topics, summarised by AI so you can catch up in seconds instead of scrolling for minutes. We also don't mark your messages as read, so no fear of opening a chat with 700+ unread messages and marking them all as read in WhatsApp.

What AI do you use?

We use Claude by Anthropic. Your messages are sent for analysis but are not stored or used for training. Later, we'll bundle a local LLM for privacy-conscious users.

How much does it cost?

Free during the beta period; we're absorbing the cost of Claude AI analysis in exchange for your feedback. Then it'll be a monthly subscription.
